I think it's a few factors, but partially time passing, and Cover's situation stabilizing. Her leaving was amicable, but Cover was smaller, less organized, and less established in 2021. Her leaving and surviving on her own was an unknown risk to the business if many other talents had the same idea. Not a malicious threat, just a business strategy risk. Since then they've had a few new gens, and Sonchou is doing fantastic things, but she's now just part of the ecosystem, not some unknown factor.
