Ina probably convinced her to join for some friendship goals, and she realized that she just wasn't into streaming. I don't think that she disliked Hololive in itself though, especially with how she liked the other girls and graduated in a kino way, I'd say that she just wants to move on.

The Cover NDA is absurdly strict and they can't have any connection with their Hololive character after their graduation. Sana's RM left after several mysterious "health" breaks and was obviously upset with management. Whatever contract issues they had in 2022 were bad enough that Yagoo replaced the project manager and started attending the EN meetings.

Yeah, I remember her complaining about some of the streaming-related things that Hololive has been strict about since pretty long (which would have only been less restrictive in a pre-Holocaust era to be honest).
Sad that things went down this way, but at least her legacy is a positive one.
