I do think maybe not a weekly stream minimum but a monthly one would be not too hard or oppressive on the girls. Like, four streams a month minimum but they can do one a week or four in a week if they wanted, etc. And I mean most people would easily say that could or should be like twelve streams aka average three a week minimum. If shitters like Gura or Ayame refuse to comply then start jacking up Cover's cut of their membership/merch income for every week or month they are falling behind. After all only Cover is doing any work on the character if they are trying to keep merch and events going for it if the girl is just absent, and why should she get so much members income if she abandoned them.
