I don't think she did anything wrong, she simply chose her passion over an experiment she was willing to try but didn't feel like continuing. I'm sure she's to some degree grateful for her time in Hololive, especially since she made friends through it, but honestly disconnecting from something after less than a year is not that difficult.
Also props to her for graduating with grace and minimal drama because they're pretty rare in vtubing
