Everyone has a different experience, the journey is not the same for every person but you can't judge them in such simple terms
Kaela is happy streaming hours and hours, she loves it, she basically has no friends in real life and needs her fans and colleagues, she probably makes very good money but even if she made less money she would still be streaming probably the same amount of time, I'm pretty sure Kaela is pretty happy where she is right now (she wasn't very popular the weeks after she debuted but she has cultivated such a strong fanbase it's pretty admirable, and I know she has issues too but streaming seems to be a good outlet for her)
Gura has severe social anxiety and streaming is not a gratifying experience for her, she's talented and very popular but that doesn't seem to be enough for her, I would argue she's not as happy as other less popular streamers
life is complicated
