Alternatively, tune in to a JP fluent Indochuuba, or ENchuuba that's doing a bilingual stream. Such as Anya, Ollie, Pikamee, Ina, etc.
Once you got a gist of that and how Japanese speech pattern works, and what they're usually talking about in streams, just open google translate and type in whatever word piqued your interest during a stream. At this point, you'd probably enjoy listening to a JP even if you don't understand 70% of what they're saying. And it gets motivating from then on.
