It can miss prechat supas, it can miss entire streams or just random ones in the middle.
Use hololyzer for superchats.
As for Nijisanji, they get a lot of donations through streamlabs, superchats on YT aren't everything. Neither playboard nor hololyzer count syreamlabs.
