Anyway the real answer is 1) Let's be real, none of the EN girls are good enough to be anything more than a mob character in either JP and EN. and 2) Cover has to do a lot of legwork because talents cant just show up using their talent alias and start seeking role, so if the talents themselves dont want it, Cover won't push on it. 3) "Celebrity" VA ruins fucking everything, because you dont process the character as their character, you just hear it and think "oh, this is celebrity!" Don't want vtubers, Youtubers or any two-bit "content creators" anywhere near actual voicework.
