Vtubing generally has few cult leaders, with exceptions. See the Beatani thread for a troubling example of a cult.

A cult has to have some stated purpose beyond "hey everyone, look how cute I am and buy my goods!" Rabid fans aren't enough to get you there. That's not to say there can't be cultist VTubers, but I haven't seen any.
