>>71798249None of the talents knew it was going to go down this way. In other words, nobody knew she was going to be terminated. Even Selen/Doki didn't know until the Twitter post. The talents, wanting answers, went to the management for an explanation. However, the management purposefully lied, misinformed, and bent the truth to make the talents, and more importantly, themselves look good. They lied about Selen/Doki to Elira and the others to save face. Elira felt betrayed, Vox got spooked, and Ike I don’t know felt concerned. The management was the one who decided to make the infamous black-screen video. Elira and the others having faith and/or following orders trusted them. In the video, Elira sounded sad, scared, and bitter toward Selen/Doki. Vox, being the cocky moron that he is scoffed and tried to blow off the claims that Selen/Doki privately made. Ike sounded nervous like he didn't want to be there anymore. It’s almost like he caught on that something was wrong. Ike knew management fucked up/lied and wanted to leave as soon as possible. That is why Ike's statements were sort, irrelevant, and substantial. The black-screen video was the equivalent of getting Selen’s corpse and nailing it to a cross, showing it off for everyone to see. Of course, the black screen video was a disaster and backfired hard, rocking the whole EN branch to its core, and opening Pandora’s box of disasters and turmoil. Here we are, management has completely abandoned NijiEN, leaving them truly alone. The colorful rainbow sky has now a dark black sky. Talents now have to fend for themselves but now in even worse conditions. Ultimately, this is Nijisanji’s fault. I honestly hope Elira is alright, reflects on her actions, and focuses on what's best for her. If the company is using her as a scapegoat, then she should try her best to leave, as should the other talents. To hell with Nijisanji. But the fact still remains. If she tried to give her side of the story no one would listen. Much like King Louis XVI, the drums will begin to roll, and the crowd will sing, for the people aren’t there for a reason or explanation, they are only there for an execution. (3/3)
