The contract is completely invalid if she does anything outside of a JP corpo because parts of it is literally unenforceable and illegal in the US. If she wanted to join one, that is a different story and would depend on what kind of lawyer she or that Japanese company would be able to hire that would be able to nullify that contract given some parts are even questionably legal in Japan. For whatever reason, she is sticking close to the non-compete for now.

Pomu wants to do idol things.
Hololive is THE corpo for that, but it's also the hardest one to get in.
Are there any small corpos that do idol stuff at a worthwhile level?
I know for example Phase has some contacts with people in the industry and the company pays for singing lessons, but they pretty much don't do 3D or concerts.

People forget Kiara was a real JP idol before. She can sing, dance AND is fluent in 3 languages including JP.

Mori also had music and stage experience and very decent JP skills as a plus.

Like them or not, they are both skilled women who fit the job description for HoloEN exceptionally well.
