Don't criticize the responsibility of other people and compare your work ethic favorably in the same sentence or the implication people are going to draw is obvious
It's unprofessional, if you wanted to cover for your coworkers having obvious MV release problems then tell people "they're doing the best they can" or something like "some obstacles in this line of work are just plain out of your control sometimes", not "what are you girls doing lol" or "if you're not pushy then no one's going to be pushy"
