2) Someone is pulling strings
3) Cover is just that incompetent
As for the costume thing, it could simply be mama availability but even then it's weird since her genmates are now on their FOURTH official costume while Pekora still only has two.
Regardless, the amount of neglect Pekora is subjected to is downright embarrassing on Cover's end, especially considering Pekora is one of the most popular JP holos (if not the). I don't want to come off as a conspiracy theorist but something's definitely fishy and I just can't shake it. Has any holo been neglected like this before?
