If the claim is that they botted until the day they could dump stocks (the 16th) then why the slight fall-off before the 16th?
That entire graph could just be explained by the fact she got a lot of debut hype (probably including a decent chunk of niji people wanting to boost someone higher than holo) and it waned over the period of a month (similar to how Doki or any other streamer in a similar hype situation dropped off).
I'm not going to pretend botting couldn't also explain it (there probably were niji schizos who did wanna boost her numbers a bit) but I doubt it was for stock manipulation - you'd have to be pretty retarded to think investors are valuing a company based on her debut numbers.
And she almost certainly had a pretty huge number of real viewers, given all the people who were talking about her at the time.
