Being in a relationship like this is LITERALLY part of their identity: Fuwawa is Mococo's identical sister and Mococo is Fuwawa's identical sister. In their eyes, it's always been like that.
Not related but I've once read that when twins get very little or no communication at all from their parents at an early age, they literally create their own language with its own grammar and words (I mention this to show that a twin relationship is not like a sibling one)
