Can someone explain this? It's an accent I've only heard on egirls, there's a few ENtubers that have it.

Veibae, nyanners, and Kaneko Lumi have it the strongest I've heard. It's hard to describe the sound of it but theres a certain slurring of words together they all have in common. Also pronouncing vowels in a whispery tone.
