Her take, while true at some point, it does come off as more bitter with Matara and borderline narcissistic than the company. "Calling out" a company having a "clique direction" due to the direction of the picked talents at being more based on the internal relationships between talents and prospects is retarded as hell, instead of not caring about this (considerably due to “numbers”), a thing she even admits it's good overall, but chooses still makes her point based on her opinion. Why? Because a company choosing to create a positive environment for the talents is overall a positive thing compared to choosing only for themselves (as the company) and potential income or awareness of their brand spread around something like huge numbers, at the cost of making a borderline hostile environment.
It does speak volumes of Sayu more than Matara imo, regardless of relationships between said talents and prospects, VShojo as a company has no interest in her, if they had they would have done it before, considering Matara left Nijisanji two fucking months after Zaion was officially done and Sayu came back. I know her whole point is due to people asking her, but it's also retarded as hell to consider that they would unironically hire her even when we take out the relationships out of the equation, hence why it's borderline narcissistic. If they were going for only numbers, I do hope seeing Shylily or Filian on the group soon.
As for the bitter part, well, while it is fair for Sayu to feel that Matara's "hatred" over her mistake, Matara also isn't obligated to be like "Oh yeah, Sayu you apologized, let's be friends again", whether Matara took her apology or not, she's justifiably on her right to be indifferent to her.
Another thing that really rubs the wrong way, is her position over some people interacting with certain individuals (which in the og comment it was Kyo), while I don't agree with what Kyo did to her, this shit is fucking pathetic and wouldn't fly on any group. One of their benefits as the "talent freedom" shit is them doing what they want, and nothing can't really come out of it, lol. Matara had no issue with Zen and Kson interacting with Sayu, just like Ironmouse had no issue with those two and Nux. Same with like Pippa, Finanna (in the past), etc.
tl;dr Sayu is right about them "being a clique company", but she's retarded and bitter as hell in her opinion.
