I can see where they felt that had no choice, for fear that'd come out in an information leak, but these companies really need to learn not to slander their stars as they fall out of the company. Just cite "creative differences" or some similar bullshit, wish them luck in their future endeavors, and move on. If you want to warn other companies, just refuse to provide reference.
Now that Idol has themselves in deep again with Pochi, we'll see if they have learned anything from the experience - or from Nijisanji's experience.
