Besides her not getting much attention without a termination notice to catch people's eyes, she made this really hard for herself by leaving fans in an ambiguous position between her and the corpo. Dokibird was terminated because the corpo blocked her from giving back to her fans, and she released the song for her fans anyway.
This girl, on the other hand, showed herself to be mostly concerned with herself, barely streams and seems to resent the idea of having to fulfill her donothon goals (which aren't just an obligation to her company, but actually primarily to her fans). I'm not sure what the "NotStarbucks Mini Game" refers to. I assume it's the offcollab, and that Idol expected her to get the planning for that done. Ponpups mascot plush is the mascot thing mentioned, and likely requires a full turn around ref + contact with a plush maker, with the ref also being required for the live2d.
Since she was trying to leverage the completion of donothon rewards with her being allowed to graduate, Idol did not pay her. She was being asked to sign things that likely said "You will complete the rewards you promised before being allowed to graduate."
If a ponpup is here, please correct me, but the only costly donothon rewards that's been fulfilled is the cat one shortly after the donothon (with the shopping spree happening off stream), and the retro console one in late January.

Not necessarily, but that she doesn't want to fulfill the goals because she doesn't want to work for the corporation anymore indicates that she's not putting a lot of importance on giving her fans what they thought they paid for; she's not resisting for her fans, she's mainly just resisting for herself.
It's not a disaster, but she needs more than just to not be crucified - she needs sympathy and loyalty from her fans. If they don't cause an uproar and rally the broader vtubing "community" behind her, she doesn't have much leverage in her conflict with Idol.

Not really, most of the green boxes are quick activities that were completed during the donothon streams themselves.
The first donothon happened in March 2023 but a year later she still hasn't managed to record an orisong or even make a shimeji.
Also some of the completed goals like the jump king 'endurance stream' were unbelievably lazy.

And also try connecting the dots. The reason why they aren't issuing refunds is because Pochi technically is supposed to be working on the goals. If she gets removed from the corp, they'll give the money back. Honestly I would not be surprised if the cause of a lot of the PL activity late last year was due to management requiring contract amendments (policy changes) and that she signed off on them without reading/understanding that she wouldn't be able to grab the bag and split, leaving them responsible for refunds.

I got my refund for the Yuko merch on january, and they even opened the refund tickets again after she announced her change in content and a friend got his refund, so there is good track record that all of the "Someone embezzled the money/They are out of money to pay her" is just mental gymnastics with no proof.
