Now all of a sudden the "easy" job is the job that requires effort. On one side we have companies who were in just for the money and never though spending for it was a requirement, on the other we have people who wanted to be famous and now are going full menhera because they were never screened in the first place.
THIS IS GOOD FOR THE INDUSTRY. Those who don't have their shit set up will sink and the sea will become cleaner, as such quality will get over quantity. It's a natural event in any business like this, it can actually help it normalizing and become less niche unless a devastating yab comes.
