1.VShojo is a clique - true, and everyone knows it. You kinda need to know certain members to get in.
2.You need numbers to get in and not that long ago she didn't have that - true. VShojo won't pay you any attention if you're a sub 1k CCV chuuba.
3.Sayu essentially said she was able to collab with Zen because that's what Zen wanted - true. There are no known company-wide restrictions on who they can collab with.
4.She also said she won't be able to join due to certain members and how some of them associate with quinn - true. I don't think they made their policy public on who actually decides who can join. Is it the founding members? Does it require all current members approval? One thing is clear: even if top dogs of VShojo invited her, she wouldn't be able to join because of Matara who has beef with her. If two quinn orbiters Matara and Kuro were to leave, then all doors would be open for her to join as long as she doesn't shit on the company publicly. Unfortunately, it seems that niji clique has plans to infiltrate not only VShojo but all indie EN circles.
Kuro and Matara are the trojan horses who are using VShojo to shill Quinn. When someone else from Niji clique/"friends" graduates, they will do their best to get that person into the company or shill them hard so they all could eventually build their own clique inside or outside the company and fuck off from the pink company if needed. A certain type of plague is spreading and will continue to spread until it corrupts everything it touches.
