>>7207143>>7226694Yea, nijis treat vtubing as a hobby since they don't get paid. They are not incentivized to improve their streaming quality by outside factors. The position is an intern position, so most of the applicants are students, and once they are close to their final year, they'll have to either take a long break or graduate to study. And once they are back, they'll have to juggle between their full-time jobs and this hobby, and end up streaming less than ten times a month or graduate to pursue their career.
The holos are paid to stream. Vtubing is either a full-time career or a side-gig to them, which is why some people don't mind investing their resources to the girls. There are expectations to be delivered by the talents, and they get criticize a lot when they fail to deliver.
These two companies have different business models, and they are reflected on their talents work cultures. /vt/ posts a lot about niji and holo non-jp branches, but VShoujo is larger than NijiEN and MAHA5 is larger than NijiID. Did you guys know that MAHA5 have debuted their JP branch?
