It doesn't mean, that Fuwamoco is making the most money in Hololive now, or even in HoloEN, not even close. Gura was never someone who got lot's of SC's. Even in her early days, she was behind Mori and Kiara. Sometimes even behind Ame. Then some of the Council overtook her too. And now she makes even less of that, due to not streaming much. But be sure that she makes the most money in HoloEN, through merch and sponsorships. Suisei is another example. She get's less SC's in a year, than some Holostars. It had always been like that for her. But she is a merch monster. Some of her merch, have outsold the other JP talents, by up to 4 times. Every member has been gathering a certain type of fans, who prefer to show their support in different ways. Some like to throw money in messages nobody reads, while other prefer physical goods and music. The top 10 earners list, looks very different from what your SC's list is showing... Marine for example is definitely the highest paid in Hololive. Pekora, Suisei and Gura, are likely in top 5 too.
