In his case he specifically was targeted by a woman who hated him so they set him up with a false allegation, and it then got boosted by some bleeding hearts who refused to do research beyond "believe all victims" and he got banned for several years from the community because of a girl with a grudge and their asshole boyfriend who hated him because he made an expose video on how much of a piece of shit he was in the community.
She got off scott free even years later, of course, and so did the other guy, but Hax is either still banned or only very recently unbanned. I don't remember if they undid it a bit ago after the umpteenth "unban Hax" campaign got told to shut up and believe all women.
