He was fully planned for those group collabs and was even in the thumbnail. He just simply didn't show up and the rest of Tempus was left cleaning up the mess and handle all the "Vesper doko?" spam from chat. (And later he acted like nothing happened, of course).
Whether or not the "beef with Altare" rrat is true or whatever the fuck was the cause, this fiasco was 100% just Vesper being an absolute piece of shit and immature manchild.
