Many of her previous fans took some distance from her AZKi side expecting this, but then she realized she liked her fans and didn't want this to end even if she had to do things on her own without the previous management support.
There was a bit of resistance to the way Hololive did things for some of her fans.
From the other side I don't know what happened to her marriage, but I think she may have felt a bit alone in it and wanted to continue doing the things she liked doing before now that she was free from her wage slave job and had more time.
The ASMR idea was born from her desire to make her fans understand that she was restarting her activity and she desired them.
It's a mix of gratitude for her fans for enabling her to do what she loves and to be a singer, while also giving her freedom and a life that would be considered miraculous from what she accomplished.
She also loves her fans who followed her on this path and kept supporting her for years.
