Kiara could serve as a guide, there's a shitload of fantastic looking locations, castles, natural beauty and the country itself is safe, clean, fairly easy to traverse and has some decent cuisine and confectionery
if you want something that Kiara is specifically unfamiliar with but remains within those bounds, Poland or Scandinavia are still pretty good picks
China isn't really an option, France is a bit disappointing nowadays, both Kiara and Mori already visited Italy, Spain, Greece and Portugal have nice food and weather but kind of shitholes otherwise and you're better off staying outside anything near Africa, Latin America or close to Russia
