She streamed on 2/12, right before the black screen, so it's probably not because of Mel. And her only activity since then was reposting/retweeting fanart on twitter, which is totally her and definitely not another case of management skinwalking.
If she is suspended pending termination, it's either because of the Mel situation (unlikely), or because she apologized privately to Sayu but management found out (slightly more likely).
Or it's a genuine hiatus, but she's decided to be on a "mental health" hiatus until her contract expires so that she can leave the company without having to pay a severance fee.
