For Nijisanji, I think actually think they care a little bit more about the "skills" (e.g. can they sing? can they play games?) over abstract gut feelings about a streamer's personality.
So yeah, on average I would say that NijiEN has better singers or gamers than HoloEN. But talents in terms of "skills" really shouldn't have that much weight -- otherwise you get people like Magni who clearly has a lot of talent, but really isn't a good fit for the company
