It's entirely possible but it would be RIDICULOUSLY bride-burning to do so depending on how it was handled, it would make Matara look like a genuine fucking snake who only acted buddy-buddy with the other Vshojo members to poach them and would make Vshojo look like shit as well even though their revenue split is good and the talents get to keep their IP if/when they graduate. Because if talents are willing to leave and start their own company, regardless of the circumstances of reasoning behind it, it makes you look like shit by comparison.

NTA but multiple members have said that they had basically no management support and it was the talent that had to organize everything themselves. The way Matara conducts herself and plans things now it would make sense if she took initiative while she was still in Niji, not saying she had any authority but she would likely volunteer to do management tasks if nobody else would.

Now this is more like a good arguement. There is just 2 problems to solve.
1. Matara said that Ethyria used to ghost her all the time to a point she hanged around Luxiam more than her own gen mates. True she might have been helping out the new bois at getting started, but it's most likely that it didn't go further than that.
2. NIJISANJI isn't the helpful and fun family they try to sell themselves as. When you are fighting internally for the scraps real managers toss out it's suicidal to offer help to others that don't give you anything in return.

Matara nowdays seems to be able to use the schooling she got in the black company to her advantage.

I'm not familiar enough with Niji to comment on the first one but for your second point if she did do pseudo-manager stuff it was probably not long after joining and then petered out, since her passion and confidence was beaten out of her the longer she stayed there. On joining Vshojo she immediately started trying to rigid schedule collabs before realizing that the group has a way more casual hop-in vibe, could be the same pattern of being gung-ho right off the bat and cooling off. She seems to enjoy running a tight ship for her own personal projects like this podcast though, and Vshojo does partial funding and support.
