I've been reflecting on this for awhile and I think a lot of my anger and sadness is because the last few weeks have forced me to recognize that Bea never actually cared about me as an individual. Yes, she probably appreciates the support and views, but that's as far as it goes. This shouldn't be a surprise, and being an early supporter doesn't really mean that much. My other mistake was seeing Beatani as more than an entertainer with a product. Realizing this it's easier to accept what happens but I can't ever care in the way I used to. This is healthier but in a way I miss feeling like I personally mattered to her. It was hubris. Unfortunately it's tainted the way I interact with her and the community so it's best I step away from the vtuber scene. I clearly can't handle it.
