Hololive Meet activities' (essentially, bringing Hololive/Holostars content to cons, stages, and etc outside of Japan) would require Holostars representatives, because they also doing said activities. It's not a situation where they randomly throw them in even though they don't belong. Hell, Hakka literally hosted a panel/karaoke with Bettel yesterday at AniBoston.

You don't have to be a "HoloMeet ambassador" to appear at cons. It's just a marketing tool. Including the Holostars in it is charity, because it would be more popular and sell better without them (and they could still appear at these cons anyway).
And even if we include them, the cringe cross-gender art is certainly unnecessary. Make two key visuals, one for the girls and one for the boys. They'd certainly sell a lot better. I loved the IRyS and Miko HoloMeet art from last year but do you think I'd ever in a million years buy it with Roberu and Altare or whichever Holostars were on it? Fuck no.
