That is in reference to the Stock Split and Loan Margin Trading, Basically a Stock Split is where you cut the value of each individual share in half and then double the amount in liquidation, think of it like this, If 1 share was worth 100 yen, It is now cut in half and you have 2 shares worth 50 yen each, Its supposed to make it easier to buy/trade them and increase liquidity, Increasing liquidity is also the reason why they applied for Loan Margin Trading, It lets you use anycolor stock as collateral for the purchase of other stocks, Essentially loaning them out to other people, All in the name of increasing the stock's "Movement" with the idea that the more a stock is being traded, The better it looks, And the better it looks, The more people buy into it, Essentially it's all done in the name of pumping up the stock price, Same goes with the buybacks but that one is more straight forward, Buying back their own shares to bump the price back up
