>>72877358she was being micromanaged by her managers from debut onwards, being reprimanded for nothingburgers that merely made for good times with her (
>saying "riitards" on stream>telling off "poverty-baiting" donations she received ("This is the last of my money Riifu" kind of superchats)>she even got into trouble for compiling a list of movies she wanted to watch with us as a membership perk and was told off for doing that without asking permission firstall this with someone whose own experience running youtube and subscription platforms exceeds their own.
In this termination notice they claim they really didn't want it to come to her resignation, yet she alleges the first time they threatened her with graduation was just one week after debut. She claims she had quickly fallen out with her manager and that there was always an atmosphere of bullying and threats in her time working with them.
After one of her two dedicated mods was fired by eien against her wishes (because he leaked shit on /eien/ LOL), she was left with a single guy working a full-time job in his day to day, and apparently eien refused to get a replacement.
Then finally there is obviously the stealth suspension that probably led to her finally ending the contract; even if it is true that she probably lost her temper over something that was unreasonable, this is within the context of a company that has always been troublesome to work with all-throughout her limited stay, even dangling the threat of kicking her out.
Also no matter whether eien or her were right in this instance (I do think eien was), they ultimately responded to what is a heated internal disagreement with a stealth suspension. I find her quitting over this kind of retaliation reasonable, and I think it's odd eien project really thought they were ever on good terms with the talent, if that is what their time working together looked like.
