Of course the vtuber market is really saturated right now so you have to have exceptional people and launch and debut perfectly then you MIGHT get a few thousand subs.
If you do it all right you still won't make your initial investment back for a long time, but that's okay as long as you can afford that upfront and can get your group to sustain itself so it isn't operating at a loss.
