This is what happens when you take a vtuber concert outside their target audience and medium.

Most vtuber even the top 1% are mediocre singers and dancers, hell even the best singer of all vtubers Suisei is meh in the real world.

My only criticism that this would have been much better if Cover bothered to actually make matching K/DA-themed models(or at least outfit recolors) for this event instead of their default 3D.

I would but it isn't as bad nor does it have nearly the same global influence

There's still a lot of humanity and creativity in Jpop and idol groups which has been thoroughly stamped out of the Kpop industry

Cover is too cheap to spend money on 3D outfits that would be suitable for a K/DA themed performance so Hololive was not ready to perform for a crowd of gamers. Management would have to adapt for that type of audience.
