**NOTICE**: To maintain consistency with the decision made for last year's draft, the Tsukasa stream from today was NOT ADDED to the tally.
BUT, to end the "timeloop" around these removals once and for all, starting April 5th (tomorrow), here is the new "rule of thumb" on how to deal with these situations
>streams on vtuber channels (or vtuber company channels) tracked by the tracking sites (vstats, vrabi, vtstats, holostats, niji-mado) and having at least one vtuber taking part regardless of duration of participation will count for the tally
That means this Tsukasa stream would count starting tomorrow, that VSPO stream would count as well and as long as a vtuber is present
>be it as a participant in a tournament, doing commentary or as the focus of the stream
it enters the tally regardless of the presence of meatspace beings.
That will make the decision process much simpler to make and understand as all it takes to show a stream should be included is showing a screencap of a vtuber present (along with it being tracked by those sites and it being in a vtuber channel).
