Very abridged story:
>Pomu tells a story about having a childhood rival, everyone said she was tsundere for him, and that became a running joke on her channel
>Luca debuts, tells a similar story, everyone says he is Pomu's rival
>both Luca and Pomu start to play into the rivals thing despite it being obviously a ship
>they collab a lot, Luca obviously keeps trying to get Pomu's attention every time, and she treats him very differently from the other males, and always gets really happy around him
>it slowly comes out that Luca watches Pomu even while he's streaming, the two of them hang out a lot behind the scenes, always join and leave group calls together, make plans to meet irl, etc
>fans seethe quietly, trying to be good boys
>Minecraft collab, Luca minds his own business for once. Pomu takes Luca's role and goes beg for his attention instead
>lucubs furious. Luca starts to creep on every girl instead of just Pomu. Pomu still the main target after a couple of weeks
>Pomu does a RFA stream after about 6 months of no spicy content, throws up a few minutes in. Chat keeps trying to console her. Luca shows up in her chat (like always) and says the same thing as everyone else. Pomu starts crying
>pomudachis explode with jealousy. Luca now public enemy number 1, and they are not gonna try to hide it ever again
>Pomus attitude towards Luca changes during collabs. She's now really mean to him. Eventually they start collabing less often
>halloween collab, pomudachis complain about Luca directly to Pomu. She defends him, but then stops collabing with him on her channel outside of huge collabs
>Pomu randomly bans Luca from her channel, no reason ever given
>ship dead
>we still got some evidence of them still hanging out behind the scenes, like when why crashed the Iluna vs Xsoleil collab together, but that's all

The underwear thing was long after all of this. People used it to reopen old wounds, but they barely interacted anymore by that point.
