Nerissa gets a lot of hate here but I personally feel she is a good singer and if put to her potential could join the ranks of the singers that get spammed all the time: Susei, Risu, etc., She does need to tone down her simp behavior on her sempai a bit and use her family sparingly (like Pekomama it should be a rare treat not constant occasion)
Shiori if she could tap into a bit of the "old Shiori" she'd be a bit better not sure if the Cover restrictions are keeping from getting into some of that content or she herself has just changed and grew since back then but to me at least she seems worse, will agree somehow she's amazing in collabs though
Biboo basically another Korone, Kaela, Koyori, i'm personally not a fan of the "stream game for fucking hours" girls but there is a certain charm to them it's hard to really say what girls like that need to do to improve other than maybe 5 hr streams in instead of 8-12
Twins, mega unpopular opinion don't care what everyone things but I'm not into them as much anymore, old twins were fun but now in cover they are really pushing aspects of themselves and levels of kayfabe that are just cringy to me personally, Talent that do this always rub me the wrong way as they either inevitably tone it down over time, drop it completely or just straight up have trouble keeping it situations that don't mesh well with it, still wish the best for them because they're well meaning but yeah, not for me.
