Sora is a "comfy" streamer Like Ina.
But while Ina pretty much has the market for herself on the EN side of things, Sora has to share the (relatively small) market with Watame, Aki(outside of the gta thing), Lamy and Iroha on the JP side.

cover has a "don't stream over 1 time event rule" so 3D debuts/debuts are verboten. everything else tends to be agreed on between talents. gen3 had a schedule so they wouldn't stream over each other and most holos see a special event and go"fine i will stream 1 hour before/after" on their own. there are pretty much no hard rules

Also this does not affect to those who are in a sponsored stream or who are doing a POV tournament stream.
