Even Scarle and Aia are shaping up to be good at their jobs, given a little more time and experience. The problem with Niji is that they're permafucked on the permission front, have the business strategy of investing nothing in their talent and the whole company is surrounded by drama at all times. So while said talents are in the company these things tend to weight them down and damage them in the long term.
So when normies are drawn to give Pomu and Selen a chance on their redebut (because redebuts draw a lot of eyes) they realize "Hey, these are pretty fun streamers I want to watch".
TL;DR: Good and competent streamers receive the exposure they need and the new people that find them realize they're good streamers.
