2.Someone has to organize it, and you need to find a group of indies who don't hate each other.
3.You also have to trust those indies not to invite unwanted people and avoid sexpest scandals if any of them are males.
4.Some indies have their own active fans-only servers that they play on, so joining another server may not be worth it for them.
5.A lot of indies seem to be individualistic, so being associated with a group of people just for that "family" image doesn't sit well with them.
6.Most of them are women. Because of that, they avoid taking risks and taking on extra responsibilities. Look no further than Hololive for an example of that. Despite being loaded with money and supported by one of the biggest corpos, only a handful of those girls ever bothered with organizing events, and most of them later stopped.
