>>732492Based on what Yagoo's said so far, the plan is:
- Create a 'metaverse' concept where fans and talents can interact more directly with one another.
- The end goal for this is to build upon their facial recognition and mo-cap technology that Cover was founded on in the first place (idol vtuber'y was literally just the result of them not having a way to market their tech to major corporations, so they went into vtubing so they could turn a profit off of what they had so far).
- Towards this end, they also want to create a massive online metaverse experience that has a likeness to SAO or Summer Wars' online community experience.
These are the GOALS, Hololive Alternative seems to be the first step they're taking towards that by:
- Creating promotional videos like the HoloALT MV
- Creating a manga
- Possibly an animated series
- Further build their brand through these methods, along with their streaming talents
- Make fuckloads of yen
- Funnel that into their original goal, most likely in the form of a massive multiplayer online experience (probably some kind of blend of JRPG and Minecraft infused with VRChat/Second Life elements, given the community function intended).
