Nijisanji could've avoided this if their managers actually did managerial work instead of passing off stuff like setting up accounts onto the organs. It's an extreme interpretation of the clause that says that nijisanji requires all materials used for the production of vtuber activities to be returned to them upon the contract's end. Strictly by the definitions in the contract itself, it happens to include anything the vtuber has ever touched in relation to the job.

According to legal contract by epic games, Anycolor does not own the account nor does the talent. This applies to anything similar including steam, riot games, Xbox live, etc. This supercedes anything in their contract so it's up to the game company on who will take ownership of the account after termination. Niji can't do shit if they lose the account to a former employee.
