I'm looking to assemble a team to make Nijisanji fan games. I don't know how to code but I can provide some ideas. If anyone is interested, I'm looking for experienced programmers/designers

Coders have ideas too. If you can't provide art or coding you're probably not needed in a project like that.
If you want your ideas to become a fangame but can't contribute in a meaningful way then you'll want to look at commissions and pay people to do it. Nobody is just going to put in work to make your game for you.

Even then, "having ideas" is far from the same thing as being an actual game designer. Even the ones that can't properly code, draw, or model still understand what's needed and can offer deeper contributions than "idea guy".
It's still funny to call game designers "professional idea guys", though.

Going to go against the grain and say having a proper project manager (which is what "looking to assemble a team" is implying you'll be in charge of) can go a long way to getting your development work done. That said you'll have to plan a strict outline of how you want to go about things including wages if you want any sort of trust from a ragtag group of anons to work with you

Yes and she played it too however the dev warned people against using mods since it could corrupt their save files and some fags were adding malware to track locations to some of the mods in hopes they could track down vtubers.

Realistically no one with proper skills wants to help since acording to Niji's ToS for fan media they can snatch it, make money out of it and the devs get nothing.
Secondly anyone with skills would rather have a game where you can rape the girls and some guys than make something like the holos get.

the next thing that you need to do is to start learning basic programming skills. this will help you to form ideas that are realistic that you can describe to the machine to execute. the "ideas" alone aren't worth anything. you should be ready just in time for the next one about a year from now.

Really makes it feel like the branch is on its way out. I mean nijiID is already dead, we'll see if EN follows suit eventually (although I suspect they will refuse to fill it because it is their last foreign branch and it might look worse to investors to retreat from foreign markets entirely instead of keep around a drama shitter one tanking the company reputation).
