Without any conclusive evidence that management followed proper protocol when it came to processing Selen's video, the situation is a 'she said company said' scenario. In the public eye it is on the company to show proper justification of termination as they were recently shown to actively 1. lie to the public (case in point - skin walking accounts) 2. harassment (timing of black screen, of its contents to defame Selen publicly). These are undisputed events that schizo rrats relished in due to a very obvious line of fault between Niji's Termination Letter, Black Video & Selen's Twitter. They had established Nijisanji EN's current character as a Black company /here/ and using those 2 points took off with countless rrats into public opinion via drama fags. These rrats were more natural conclusions that would hit a wall due to Niji's reputation but Niji broke that and opened the floodgate, contrary to popular belief it was not Selen who achieved that, she kept to the NDA.
