Twitch's contract forces exclusivity on livestreams. She could alternate or upload the vods to yt, but can't do both simultaneously if she wants to get paid afaik.

Smaller EN vtubers used to do it a lot, but they'd get ~50 viewers on Twitch and ~5 on YT, so most of them don't bother anymore.
