Girls are born with all the eggs they'll ever have, thats true but also means that the eggs were spawned at the time when the body was really really young. Then they'll stay dormant for decades. Sperm, on the other hand, replenishes very quickly, daily if i remember correctly, so if then if a man is old then his sperm factory is also old. And we've already established that age can have a negative impact on new cells being created. Hence the increased cancer risks during later life stages
