>>73400733Well I guess one thing to consider is if "protagonist" is from a general narrative/story/lore-wise perspective or not
If so, then Ame, Mumei and Shiori for essentially being the most human, and generally the least powerful but being in that perfect spot of having the most room to grow in terms of character and abilities
That being said, Bae would narratively be the leader of Council (at least lore-wise) but like her bio says, with a hands off approach since "protag" and leader" aren't primarily the same role. Shiori was at least the canonical mastermind behind Advent's prison escape
Realistically, she might be though unless you think Bae's just a general hard worker that just gets deferred sometimes. It really depends on how decisions are made between these groups and are assigned with sense of trust and responsibility or if it's just "Hey guys, Imma do this." "'Kay." and that's it, since being a go-getter could be a good trait to have as a leader but might not necessarily make them one. Guess Mori kind of like how Mori's "the hard working one" who definitely gets out there but might not be seen as the leader
Realistically, Ame would've been if she stayed the same but Ame's practically out of commission for the most part so it's hard to see her as leader despite I Kiara considering her the leader at least once iirc, so maybe Kiara might since I think she handles most collabs, the Kiara wrangling EN Discord leak and HoloTori too I guess
There are different kinds of leaders and I do think one aspect of leader ship is assuming the role in a field of equal footing/in a circumstance where one clearly isn't more experienced than the others and is obligated to lead because of that, or a thing being their idea or anything like that so I guess for Council/Promise I guess I could also see Fauna since it most collabs (not just between Council/Promise) she does tend to provide actual direction and focus for the group and tends to actually want to stick to the objective. Whether you think she wrangles well or not is up to debate but at the end of the day she's still a wrangler too. Of course games are games but they do give us dynamic for what it's worth so that might be leader mentality and give more of a feel of having the personality best suited for a leader where someone like Bae (for me at least) has many good traits for a leader on paper but just doesn't "feel" like one
If you wanna go the "group dynamic" route the in collabs for Advent then maybe Shiori or Nerissa. I don't take it too seriously but it was funny for Shiori to dip that MC collab and see the rest of Advent destroy themselves soon after. Advent mostly stays in their own lane but iirc Advent has said that Shiori pretty much organizes most things so I'd probably pick her
In terms of who has the "protag vibe" realistically would probably be who probably just wants to become the best idol, I suppose. for Myth, Mori, initially not being fond of her idea of idols, might have the best "story" I guess and she is going out and doing stuff for the brand and Bae is quite similar. You can feel how much she wants this with how hard she works. I won't ignore Kiara either since since she's quite similar to Mori but more in an idol sense as opposed to overall music. For Advent, I'd actually go Biboo since she has that "upstart with big shoes to fill" vibe. She isn't necessarily good but with each karaoke and all the practice she does in between them, she is improving so she has the most "protagonist feel to her"
TL;DR
>Lore-wise protagonistAme, Mumei, Shiori
>Lore-wise leaderAme, Bae, Shiori
>Realistically leaderKiara, Fauna, Shiori
(Wouldn't disagree with swapping Bae for Fauna)
>Realistically protagonistMori, Bae, Biboo
(I know Kiara has a similar story to Mori but she has less of the vibe to me)
