I was talking about them wanting to hire a new batch of critically important workers. The direct implication is that they didn't have those in the first fucking place. It's like if a clinic was working full time for years, but they "forgot" to hire general practitioner doctors, pharmacists, anesthesiologists and surgeons. Then when shit hit the fan, they scrambled a hiring list, outing their inner working conditions.
